Yoga Introduction (30 Hours)


This topic covers the study of yoga history and evolution, yoga philosophy and other yogic practices

Anatomy and Physiology (30 Hours)


This topic covers the basic knowledge of human systems, muscles, bones, joints and their relation to yoga practice and safe yoga teaching.

Pranayama and Meditation (10 Hours)


This topic covers the study and practice of different breathing methods, gestures (mudras), meditation techniques and their significance in life.

Yoga Teaching Methodology, Sequencing, Teaching Practicum (50 Hours)


This topic covers effective teaching skills, class management, class theming and ways to create well-structured yoga sequences for diverse students.

Asana, Alignment Techniques, Yoga Practice (80 Hours)


This topic covers the in-depth knowledge of each asana: the proper alignment, dialogues, benefits, modifications, variations and hands-on assisting techniques. Regular asana practice is also incorporated to help students establish a solid foundation in alignment techniques.

這個主題涵蓋了每個瑜伽體位法的深入知識及深度研習:正確的對位、精簡而準確的教學口令、體位修改、變化和實際協助技巧。在學習階段中亦加入規律的體式練習,以助同學們打穩體位法的基礎。
